New owner agrees to:

(1) have their new puppy: seen by their veteranarian within 5 days of purchase

to verify health as stated by the breeder.

(2) visit a veteranarian at least once a year for current shots, and that he/she

recieves well care as perscribed by their veteranarian

(3) If at any time during the life of this animal the owner named above can

can no longer provide a home for this animal, the breeder will be contacted.

This animal cannot be re-sold by the owner, and breeder will either take back

the dog, or approve any new home

(4)New owner understands that this pet is sold as not for breeding( we strongly

suggest that you spay/neuter at the age your veteranarian advises)

Breeder agrees:

(1)At 100% for the first year, and 50% for the second year, to guarantee the

puppy against the condition of crippling hip dysplasia. In such cases an xray must be

released to our veteranarian for review.

(2)To guarantee against any congenital/heriditary condition for the first two

years, that would keep the animal from living a normal life as a pet, that

the owner can find no solution thru veteranary treatment.The same re-

placement applies after documentation for the condition.

In every case puppy must be spayed/neutered before credit. Puppy will be

replaced by another puppy or cash equivelent as litters are available. In most

cases we would never make you give up your original dog to get a credit.
